Uchi is a small yet elegant chain of Japanese cuisine restaurants, featuring local and international ingredients and the best flavors in each piece of nigiri or morsel of teriyaki. It’s located only six or seven miles away from our luxury apartment homes, so you can walk in or sit down at your reserved table in under fifteen minutes. Their menu features ingredients and prep pulled straight from the coast and piers of Japan, so every bite is guaranteed to be satisfying and fresh. Start out your meal with one of their appetizers, such as edamame, the Uchi salad with edamame-jalapeno puree, or the ebi shrimp tempura. Afterwards, have a sampling of one of their sublime sushi and sashimi selections, including madai Japanese sea bream, akami tuna loin, and sake atlantic salmon. Want something more down-to-earth and cooked? Enjoy their mapo dofu fried tofu or their hot rock wagyu beef. Finally, pair up your meal with some sake or wine to complete your dining experience.
